1.1. Company: Refers to LOCATION TRACKER GPS SYSTEMS TRADING, the provider of the GPS tracking systems.
1.2. Client: Refers to ANY ENTITY WANTING TO DO BUSINESS WITH US, the recipient of the GPS tracking systems.
1.3. GPS Tracking System: Refers to the hardware and software solutions provided by the Company for location tracking.
1.4. Agreement: Refers to the contract between the Company and the Client for the provision of GPS tracking systems.
2.1. The Company agrees to supply, install, and support the GPS tracking systems.
2.2. The Client agrees to cooperate with the Company and provide necessary access to their premises and systems for installation and integration purposes.
3.1. The total cost as detailed in the Estimate/Quotation.
3.2. Payment Schedule:
3.3. All payments are due within 30 days of invoicing.
3.4. Late payments on application renewal will incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
4.1. The Company will deliver and install the GPS tracking systems according to the requested timeline.
4.2. Any delays caused by the Client (e.g., lack of access to premises) may result in adjustments to the timeline and additional costs.
5.1. The Company will provide training to the Client’s staff as outlined in the Project Plan.
5.2. Post-installation support will be available during normal business hours [insert business hours and days].
5.3. Emergency support is available 24/7 for critical system failures.
6.1. The Company warrants that the GPS tracking systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of [insert warranty period, e.g., one year] from the date of installation.

7.1. The Company will implement reasonable measures to protect the data collected by the GPS tracking systems.
7.2. The Client retains ownership of all data generated by the GPS tracking systems.
7.3. The Company will comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.
8.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party.
8.2. Confidential information may only be disclosed to employees or contractors who need to know it for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement.
9.1. The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under this Agreement.
9.2. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to remedy the breach within that period.
10.2. Upon termination, the Client will pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
11.1. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
11.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [State/Country].
